SallaSalla is an ideal location for our Search for Santa tours. A small and pretty ski resort in splendid isolation, here one finds a series of quality cabins and a small hotel with a swimming pool which was renovated as recent as the year 2000. Located a 2 hour drive from Rovaniemi the setting is peaceful and tranquil whilst the resort offers the creature comforts that one might expect. Here one finds cross country tracts at your very door and a beautiful slalom ski slope running into the very centre of activities, so it is little wonder that Santa has chosen this area to have one of his many homes in Lapland. Your choice of accommodation A resort with a fine choice of accommodation consisting of a building housing hotel rooms, a swimming pool, and the main restaurant of the complex. Cabin - Ideal for families as the capacity is for up to 4 (some for 6). Each are equipped with private shower and WC, sauna and a romantic log fire (these are of course central heated). There is a small kitchen area and each has a warm air clothes dryer. Hotel - All hotel rooms were completely renovated during the year 2000 and are well equipped with private shower and WC. Naturally you have the convenience of coming directly from your room to the restaurant for meals without having to change into and out of warm overclothing as the restaurant and rooms are with in the same building. TOUR MEALSWherever you are accommodated your meals will be taken in one of the restaurants of the complex. All meals will be provided in buffet style. The buffet will feature additional childrens favourites like burgers, chips, chicken nuggets etc in addition to the normal range of adult choices.
